Main Object Clause of an entity having business of Classified Advertisement(For Example: Just Dial Limited)

1. To carry on the business in India and abroad, of accessing, tabulating and providing business information about the characteristics, interest and other attributes of various types of businesses, projects, individuals, organizations and countries including printing, publishing, editing of books, newspapers, magazines, periodicals and journals.

2. To carry on the business of manufacture, develop, design, research, assemble, supply, install, import, export, sell, servicing agents and deal in all kinds of telecommunication and telematic equipments, teleinformation equipments, satellite communication terminals, intercommunication apparatus and equipment for commercial, public and private uses and provide services in direct mailing systems.
