Go to MCA Services -> FO Services -> Check Annual Filing Status
Enter Company Name / LLP Name / CIN / LLPIN in given field
Enter Captcha
In next screen, you will see all list of SRN and Date of annual filing forms related to the selected Company / LLP
You can also get copy of MCA Acknowledgement in the same list

Find PT Number if not received from MCA
